I asked Claude to teach me the entire wholesaling process from scratch. Here's the prompt I used:

"Act as an experienced real estate wholesaler. Walk me through the exact step-by-step process of finding, analyzing, and closing my first wholesale deal. Include what to look for in a motivated seller, how to calculate my offer, and what happens at closing."

The response took 3 minutes to read and replaced about 40 hours of YouTube videos.
